Information on the 2025 Elections
The 2025 election season is upon us! Virginia has elections every year, and this year’s elections are focused on our state and local government. Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, and the entire House of Delegates are up for re-election, alongside some of the Loudoun County School Board seats. It has been the honor of my lifetime to serve as your representative in the House of Delegates, and I look forward to earning your support to serve another term as your Delegate representing House District 27.
For offices with a primary (which are Lt. Governor and Attorney General, this year), the Primary Election will take place on June 17, 2025. Democratic and Republican primaries occur on the same day, and you can only vote in one.
If you need to register to vote, order an absentee ballot, or check where your polling place is, please head to the Virginia Department of Elections website. If you are interested in learning more about candidates running in Loudoun County and for statewide office, head to the Virginia Public Access Project (VPAP) website to learn about this year’s campaigns. Loudoun County Young Democrats
Are you a teen, college student, or young professional looking to make a difference in our community? Eager to get into the political process and meet like-minded people in Loudoun? You should join the Loudoun County Young Democrats! Loudoun County YDs is the youth auxiliary of the Loudoun County Democratic Committee and a part of the statewide Virginia Young Democrats, they hold youth focused events discussing local, state, and national political topics, assist with campaigns in Loudoun and across Virginia, and connect with fellow young Democrats from throughout the Commonwealth to amplify the voice of young people. Resources for Federal Workers
With the recent layoffs conducted by the presidential administration, many families in our community are in limbo regarding where they will find relief or new employment opportunities. My office has put together a resource list for Loudoun County, including state and local relief options for those who have been recently laid off. Commending and Memorial Resolutions
One of my greatest honors as a Delegate is being able to celebrate residents of HD-27 who have displayed local, state, or national distinction through resolutions. My office can put in commending and memorial resolutions during the primary legislative session or a special session. If you know someone or a community organization in the district that you think deserves special recognition, please fill out the form below, and a member of my team will reach out to speak about the request.
How My Office Can Help
Navigating state agencies can be confusing and difficult at times. As your delegate, I can help you communicate with state agencies such as the Virginia Employment Commission, Departments of Taxation, Social Services, Transportation, and more! I can also submit inquiries with those agencies on your behalf and help you engage with the state agency you need. There are limits to what I can do, however. For example, I am unable to expedite cases or force state agencies to favor your inquiry, provide legal advice or recommend a specific attorney, intervene with judicial issues, overturn decisions, or be involved with matters involving private businesses.
