Each January, seven elected officials representing Loudoun County, make the trip to Richmond where they will spend the next 45 to 60 days debating thousands of pieces of legislation and deciding what new laws should be put in place.
Since those decisions have a direct impact on the everyday lives of Loudoun residents, Loudoun Now spent a day shadowing the county’s representatives during this year’s General Assembly session.
